Trump will deliver his final speech at a rally at Madison Square Garden

Former US President Donald Trump held a campaign rally in New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Sunday.

Election Day is more than a week away and both campaigns are ending Until November 5.

It will be Trump’s “hometown rally” and made a final speech for the 2024 campaign against Vice President Kamala Harris.

“Next Tuesday you have to stand up and you have to tell Kamala Harris that crooked Joe Biden has done a terrible job. You’ve destroyed our country. We’re not going to take it anymore. Kamala, you’re fired, get out, you’re fired,” Trump said.

At the event, Trump proposed a new policy that would support a tax credit for family caregivers.

I am in favor of a tax credit for family carers who care for a parent or loved one. It’s time for them to admit it. That’s right. They add so much to our country and they are never, ever, ever talked about, but they are being talked about now.”

J. D. Vance Trump spoke at the rally before his arrival.

“We need to pray for Governor Tim Waltz because he has the most difficult job in American politics,” Vance said. “But think about our friend, our friend, Tim Waltz who has to convince the American people that Kamala Harris is going to somehow fix the problem she’s created for the last 3.5 years.”

Melania Trump gave a rare speech before introducing her husband to the stage for his closing remarks.

For generations, this city has produced some of America’s most courageous leaders, whose mark changed the course of the world. New York City and America need their magic,” said the former first lady.

Trump’s childhood friend David Rehm called Harris the “Antichrist” and “the devil,” while TV host Tucker Carlson called Harris a “Samoan, Malaysian, low-IQ former California prosecutor.” Harris is the daughter of Jamaican and Indian immigrants.

Promoting the rally, the Trump campaign said: “President Trump’s message to New York City is simple and based on his winning record: If you want to return to the strongest economy in more than 60 years, rising wages, quality jobs, strong borders and a safe place. districts, then vote for the Trump-Vance ticket.”

Madison Square Garden has not been used for a campaign rally since Alabama Governor George Wallace, but has recently hosted the Democratic National Convention in 1976, 1980 and 1992 and the Republican National Convention in 2004.

Some notable attendees include former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, political commentator Tucker Carlson, and former Republican presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard.
