Birmingham, Ala.WIAT) — A double homicide investigation is underway after two bodies were found burned inside a car in Birmingham. Tuesday morning.
The victims were found in the 1600 block of North 90th Street, according to the Birmingham Police Department. Birmingham Fire and Rescue Service officers were dispatched to reports of the fire at 8am. At the scene, they found two bodies inside a burning car.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is assisting BPD with the investigation. Birmingham Police urge anyone with missing family members or loved ones to call 205-254-1764.
